Pier Dining brings premium casual waterside dining to Pier One seven days a week, featuring the best NSW produce, and designed to be shared. Dine alfresco on the pier or inside the Bar One lounge.
The menu features share dishes and grazing goodies such as Pino Dolce Vita meats with housemade pickles, bites including Sydney Rock oysters, Kingfish crudo, and main dishes such as grilled Blue Eye Cod, Risotto primavera, Copper Tree Farms 300g grass fed sirloin, and more.
Seasonal sweets complete the dining experience, or offer a light treat.

Group Celebrations
Book one of our Group Tables or Waterfront Lounges for your next harbour-side gathering. Perfect for work events or social celebrations, a Pier Dining function offers gorgeous views and on-water ambience, with a range of drink and dining options, available for groups of 6-30 people.
$100 pp minimum spend applies Friday – Sunday, 2 hour bookings.
Waterside Lounge
Reserve a Waterside Lounge area on the pier for 6-12 people, with light weather protection offered under a large umbrella, and heaters during winter.
Ideal for casual drinks with our stunning sunset view, with delicious share plates and bites. We also welcome walk-in guests.
