Terms: A minimum stay of 3 nights may apply for all suites over New Year’s Eve. Please select your dates to view pricing, availability, and length of stay requirements. On NYE, Pier One will permit up to 6 guests total in a Suite, and up to 10 guests total in a Balcony Suite, until 1am to allow guests to enjoy an intimate NYE celebration with fireworks viewing. After 1am on NYE (1 Jan) only the registered guests for the suite are permitted to remain.
