We have come together with East 33 to announce a long-standing partnership that will celebrate the most iconic seafood from our shores. Guided by the oyster specialists at East 33, we will be unveiling a series of experiences that unlock the riches of the Sydney Rock Oyster and connect them to the history of the waterways underfoot.
This summer, we are bringing Sydney Rock Oysters from the pristine waters of Wallis Lake to the hotel in the ultimate tide-to-table experience:
Guests of PIER dining will be able to enjoy Sydney Rock Oysters from Pier One’s very own dedicated oyster harvest area, named Cape Hawk, within the renowned Wallis Lake estuary. Cape Hawk is operated by East 33, where their dedicated oyster farmers carefully finish selected oysters exclusively for us at Pier One.
RSPCA
As one of the leading pet friendly hotels in Australia, partnering with RSPCA NSW was the perfect fit. This partnership enhances our commitment to animal welfare by offering unique experiences that benefit both our guests and pets in need.
Pier One offers the option to upgrade all meetings at the hotel with RSPCA’s ‘Ambassadogs’ – friendly dogs available for adoption or
that have been adopted from a RSPCA NSW shelter.
With every pet package booking, $5 will be donated to the RSPCA, allowing Pier One to not only celebrate the joy of pet ownership but also contribute to the vital work of caring for animals in need.

Our partnership with Sydney Dance Company was formed to add a dynamic touch to your conferences and events at Pier One.
Sydney Dance Company offers a range of bespoke options for your Pier One events, including private dance classes tailored to any style and skill level. These classes can be held either at their in-house studio at Wharf Precinct or at Pier One.
Additionally, your guests have the opportunity to enjoy private Pilates sessions and small group sessions in-studio, along with joining public classes.
