For groups of up to 15 guests who like their oysters chilled, their drinks bottomless, their views waterfront & their playlists loud.

Dinner & Drinks

For groups of 6-8, enjoy an exclusive escape in your own private suite. Start with mini cocktails on arrival, indulge in a sit-down chef-curated seasonal share menu, enjoy bottomless bubbles, harbour views, and a handful of surprises along the way.

Price: $160 per person

Canapés & Cocktails

Package price includes one-night stay in selected suite and Sunset Club experience for two guests only.
Suites accommodate two overnight guests only.
Additional guests can join the Sunset Club experience at $150 per person.
Maximum capacity: 15 guests (this package is designed for groups of 6 or more).
Additional guests may join the Sunset Club experience from the event start time but must depart by 10pm.
Beverage package is available from 7pm to 9pm.
Once booked, our team will reach out to confirm any additional attendees and finalize event details.
Available add-ons: DJ, live oyster shucking station, cocktail upgrades.
If you are interested in live DJ entertainment, please note that the DJ will be selected by the hotel, music must finish by 9pm, and decibel levels will be monitored and adjusted by the hotel.

Dinner & Drinks

Package price includes one-night stay in selected suite and Sunset Club experience for two guests only.
Suites accommodate two overnight guests only.
Additional guests can join the Sunset Club experience at $160 per person
Maximum capacity: 8 guests
Additional guests may join the Sunset Club experience from the event start time but must depart by 10pm.
Beverage package is available from 7pm to 9pm.
Once booked, our team will reach out to confirm any additional attendees and finalize event details.
Available add-ons: DJ, live oyster shucking station, cocktail upgrades.
