PIER BAR celebrates our iconic sunsets Monday – Friday from 5pm – 6pm, with snack & drink specials to pair perfectly with the setting sun.

Once a bustling dining and entertainment hub, Pier One housed an array of tradespeople and fisherman, offering premium produce at trade price. The most renowned of these being the Pier One seafood trade, with crab cookers, fish mongers, and oysters shuckers trading off fresh, local delicacies.

PIER BAR now pays homage to the pier’s history, with $2 oysters and $12 cocktails for the most iconic happy hour in Sydney.
