  • Contactless check-in available for Marriott Bonvoy members
  • Keyless room entry available for Marriott Bonvoy members
  • Seating plans for public areas following social distancing guidelines
  • Sanitasion stations throughout the hotel public areas and masks on request
  • Elevated santisation of common areas – high contact areas area cleaned at least every 2 hours using EcoLab products which exceeds the government recommendations
  • Contactless meal delivery for in-room dining
  • Sealed cutlery and contact free glassware
  • Our staff sanitise after every interaction
  • Dishwasher over 80? to sanitise cutlery and crockery.

Meetings & Events will also receive elevated cleanliness processes:

  • Seating plans for meetings and events following social distancing guidelines
  • Sanitisation stations in every meeting room including sanitiser and disinfecting wipes (masks and gloves available on request)
  • Temperature checks for all guests entering the event space
  • Outdoor break space in the fresh open air on the Pier
  • Individual meals (not shared) per attendee
  • Contactless meal delivery
  • Desks sanitised after every guest
