Our ‘Friends of The Gantry’ event series is back and offers Sydney diners the unique opportunity to experience Peppina, one of Tasmania’s hottest restaurants, with our friend Chef Massimo Mele.
Our team is complimenting our modern Australian dining with Peppina’s “Big hearted Italian hospitality” and bringing a taste of Tassie to Sydney. Plus – a portion of the profits are donated to OzHarvest!
Expect a taste of Peppina made with Sydney’s best produce, brought to you by Massimo and The Gantry team. Dishes include Lamb Arosticini with fermented, chilli, tomato salsa, Hand rolled macaroni with veal shin and fresh truffle, and Porchetta with nettle cream, pickled radicchio, confit tropea onion.

Boomer Bay Oysters – elderflower mignonette

Fried pizza – whipped goats curd, walnut, honey

Hand rolled macaroni + Genovese + veal shin + fresh truffle.

Fermented celeriac + cabbage salad + macadamia cream
