Our Stay-in-Spa Menu is exactly like nothing else! Guests will experience the luxury of a day spa without having to leave their room.
Renata Kubina and her hand-picked team of consultants are dedicated to guest relaxation. For 27 years she has studied and mastered numerous massage techniques and become highly qualified in beauty & aesthetic body treatments.
Full body massages, exfoliating scrubs, facials, and even men’s treatments are featured on the bespoke menu.
You can pre-arrange your treatment or stay-in-spa service by speaking with Reservations prior to your arrival. If you’d like to make a booking once you’re here, simply speak to your Concierge Team who can make a reservation for you.
A S P I R E – F I T N E S S
Aspire Strength and Conditioning is a contemporary performance training studio. They offer small group training and personal training, catering to clients and athletes of all standards and fitness levels.
The coaches hold Movement Science and Exercise Science Degrees, personal training certifications, and are all certified trainers. They all share a common passion for high performance and wellness coaching. Each member brings unique specialities to the team.
Hotel guests have access to use the gym for free. If you wish to attend one of the scheduled classes below the following fees apply. Tian and his team also offer one hour 1-to-1 Personal Training sessions and one hour 1-to-3 Group Training sessions.
S&C Class – $30 per class
Express Class – $30 per class
1-to-1 Personal Training – $85 per session
1-to-3 Group Training – $110 per session

EXPRESS (35–40 min)
Designed for the busy corporates, mums, and students. This is very high intensity. Members attending this class are highly recommended to complete 4.
S&C Class (60 min)
Group session featuring the workout of the day (WOD), which consists of elements such as mobility, weightlifting, plyometrics (jump), gymnastics, cardio and many more. All movements in the WOD can be scaled.
