New Head Chef Rhys Connell offers a new menu that will take inspiration from the architectural beauty of the heritage listed Pier – his interpretation of the unique essence of Sydney that envelops The Gantry. The result is a menu of dishes that are effortlessly beautiful but also visually architectural.

We are open 4 March – 12 June 2022 for a limited time preview season, and we are showcasing a Chef Selection Menu. A mix of individual dishes and larger plates, designed to be shared and enjoyed by the water. We focus on refining the produce with gentle techniques to enhance the natural flavours that are already there. Neat flavours, gently cooked and handled with care. Our menu changes regularly in line with seasonal produce and availability.
