Pier One Sydney Harbour is celebrating the return of Sydney summer and bringing you the ultimate location for your next group outing. This year we’re transforming our famous balcony suites into beautiful locations for a luxe picnic and the most stunning outdoor party experience. Enjoy lush greenery, designer furnishings and stunning views overlooking the water.

CAPACITY & VENUE:
Maximum 14 people
One of our Balcony Suites will be the venue for your booking. You will enjoy private use of the outdoor balcony complete with luxe picnic styling, plus you will have use of the indoor Suite + bathroom as well. Our wait staff will host you in the suite and will be present throughout your booking.
Please note this is an outdoor experience, in case of wet weather you are welcome to celebrate inside the Suite.
PRICING:
The below price chart applies for all bookings.
For groups of 11-14 people an additional $100 minimum spend per person applies.
MONDAY-THURSDAY:
12:00-2:30 pm – $200 hire fee + $400 minimum spend
3:30-6:00 pm – $200 hire fee + $400 minimum spend
7:00-9:30 pm – $200 hire fee + $500 minimum spend + $350 overnight fee* (optional)
FRIDAY:
12:00-2:30 pm – $200 hire fee + $400 minimum spend
3:30-6:00 pm – $200 hire fee + $400 minimum spend
7:00-9:30 pm – $300 hire fee + $700 minimum spend + $350 overnight fee* (required)
SATURDAY-SUNDAY:
12:00-2:30 pm – $300 hire fee + $700 minimum spend
3:30-6:00 pm – $300 hire fee + $700 minimum spend
7:00-9:30 pm – $300 hire fee + $700 minimum spend + $350 overnight fee* (required)
DINING & DRINKS:
As part of your Suite booking you will enjoy a delicious gourmet share menu ($40 pp default package) –
or choose to upgrade your experience further with enhanced grazing boards!
Share a wine with friends or try one of premium canned cocktails by Curatif.

Enjoy a seamless experience by pre-ordering your food and drink selections in advance via our convenient online system!
Additional food and drinks may still be ordered during your booking. Menu subject to change without notice.

You can make your specific food choices and advise any dietary requirements via this link.
Pre-order must be placed at least 4 days in advance. If no pre-order is made, you will receive the
standard canapé package of $40 pp (making up part of your minimum spend).
No BYO food or drinks are permitted in the venue. (Exceptions for cakes)
*OVERNIGHT STAYS IN THE SUITE:
Extend your booking and stay overnight in the luxury suite for two people.
Please note, the overnight stay is a compulsory part of the 7:00 pm bookings on Friday-Sunday.
All other guests are required to depart the suite at 9:30 pm at the end of the booking.
Two guests may then stay for an overnight stay in the 5-star suite.
Overnight stay also includes parking for one car and breakfast the following morning for two people.
Check-out is at 10:00 am the following morning.
Please note, a $500 penalty fee applies if checked out after 10:00 am.
