Marriott International partnered with pre-eminent psychologist and author Dr Michael Carr-Gregg to research the impact of the global pandemic on meetings. The findings were used to create Marriott Bonvoy’s CONVERGE, a program based on positive psychology, uplifting qualities, well-being, happiness, satisfaction and the ability to thrive in our day-to-day lives.

At Pier One Sydney Harbour, we offer lots of open space, natural light, and event spaces with opening doors out onto the pier.   • V – Vision and Purpose: Give back if you can, we’ll show you some easy options to get involved in local community initiatives
  • E – Engage Mindfully: Take part in a guided meditation or breathwork by Pier One’s partner’s, Flow Athletic, or take a coffee walk along the pier with a partner
  • R – Random Acts of Kindness: Donate a delegate! Speak to us about how.
  • G – Gratitude: Complete a daily gratitude note to start or end your session.
  • E – Experience Something New:  Break out in an Igloo or Pontoon, learn to mix cocktails or mocktails with Bar One, or book a team building experience to explore new horizons with one of Pier One’s partners. Think blindfolded art classes, floral arranging and more.
