Pre-eminent psychologist and author Dr Michael Carr-Gregg partnered with Marriott International to research the impact of the global pandemic on meetings. The findings were used to create Marriott Bonvoy’s CONVERGE, a program based on positive psychology, uplifting qualities, well-being, happiness, satisfaction and the ability to thrive in our day-to-day lives.
